Learning and applying the coaching model developed in the book - based on the six codes of the Law of Attraction, is the most effective way of attaining fulfillment, happiness, wellbeing, and success – personal and professional.

Coaching the educators through the Six Codes, provides them with a form of teaching in which learners take on the responsibility for the learning process.

It promotes and fosters skills through the use of specific teaching methods in a non-judgmental atmosphere, provides continual feedback about performance, and is a source of social support.
Weak students attribute their successes and failures to outside factors – school, fate, parents, etc. Good students, on the other hand, attribute their successes and failures to their own actions – determination, effort, reasoning, etc. The idea behind coaching based on the Six Codes is to help students realize that they are responsible for their successes and failures, for their happiness and their fate.

Target group:
The course is intended for elementary and high school classroom principals and teachers, preschool principals and teachers, and any professional educator.

Tasks for performance in schools and preschools:
Throughout the course, participants will learn the personal coaching model and its Six Codes, as detailed in the book, Women, Decode the Law of Attraction. They will also be expected to develop techniques for coaching in schools, based on the Six Codes.

Applying the six codes of the Law of Attraction at your school involves the following processes:

Code No. 1 – The Identification code:
Identifying every aspect of the current situation, personal and professional. Identifying the Negative Attraction Factors in the school itself, and within each and every teacher. Identifying what needs improvement in order to attract the reality you want for your school and for yourself.

Code No. 2 – Find Your Inner Core:
Identifying the Inner Core of every participant, personally and professionally. Identifying the Inner Core of the school itself. Discovering the strengths of every participant, personally and scholastically. Understanding the connection between need and value and the journey toward recognition in the personal and scholastic worlds.

Code No. 3 – The Power of Thought:
Identifying the sources of Enabling Thoughts in and outside the school, and understanding its components, as seen by each of the participants- personally and scholastically. Identifying the Stifling Thoughts in and outside the school. Applying techniques and performing exercises to utilize the power of thought.

Code No. 4 – Listen to your Body:
Learning powerful techniques to strengthen the connection with the body and it's sensations, for strategic decision-making. Understanding the power of intuition in promoting the school, classroom, students, and oneself. Rediscovering the intuition of each of the participants, in their personal and professional lives.

Code No. 5 – Your Environment:
Identifying the three types of the learning environments at school. Understanding how great an influence the environment has on each and every one of the participants.
Learning how to restructure and shape the learning environment so that it supports the school in attracting the desired results.

Code No. 6 – Spring into Action
Identifying the "Comfort Zones" of each and every one of the participants in their personal and professional lives. Learning coaching techniques to step out of the comfort zone, overcome failure, and spring into action.
